French custom workshop FCR has taken the stylish — yet somewhat restrained — Triumph Trident 660 and transformed it into a true café racer with bold character and road presence.

Plug-and-Play Kit with Retro Sport Styling

Instead of sticking with subtle lines, FCR’s intervention includes a full plug-and-play kit. This setup features a front fairing, bum-stop seat, belly pan, tail cover, custom foam padding, and radiator side panels. The retro-sport look is enhanced by clip-on handlebars, placing the grips below the top yoke, and a Brembo brake master cylinder — adding style and sharper cornering performance.

Enhanced Breathing and Performance

A ceramic-coated exhaust and a K&N air filter give the 660cc triple engine a noticeable performance boost. Finer details include Bates-style front indicators, custom rear lights, and — on the boldest model — Rotobox Boost carbon fiber wheels. For those who prefer a subtler style, the original wheels remain an option.

Customization, Color, and Cost

The kit is available for about €2,500 unpainted or €3,000 painted, with custom color options ranging from Slippery Sam green to any palette the rider chooses.

Final Thoughts: Style Without the Stress

If you’re looking to turn your Trident 660 into a café racer with a distinct identity, there’s no need for cutting, welding, or a full rebuild. This kit is ready to bolt on and ride, turning an already enjoyable roadster into a style icon with ease. Perfect for those who want to stand out — without the hassle.
